Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML/AI systems powering core product capabilities
• Develop and optimize NLP and transformer-based solutions for enterprise-scale use cases
• Build agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain
• Work across the full ML lifecycle: data, features, models, evaluation, deployment, monitoring
• Apply ML techniques for ranking, recommendation, prediction, classification, and optimization
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Analytics to turn business problems into AI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML systems in production
• Strong foundation in ML, statistics, and applied data science
• Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, recommender systems, ranking models, predictive modeling
• Strong NLP, transformer architectures, embeddings, encoders-decoder, retrieval-based systems
• Hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain, and Amazon Bedrock
• Strong Python skills and modern ML/AI tooling
