  • Document investigations and share knowledge; lead by example.
  • Provide 24/7 emergency on-call support for critical issues.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience data analysis (Excel, Anaplan or similar tools)
  • 2-3 years experience in Level 2/3 technical support
  • Degree in Math, Physics, Electronic Eng, CS or related field
  • Fluent or professional English
  • Grafana experience or willingness to learn
  • Experience leading small projects and mentoring colleagues
