  • Monitor IT support tickets and assign to team as appropriate.
  • Provide technical end-user support via tickets, phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least six years as a senior IT support professional; degree in IT/CS.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and MS Teams.
  • ISO 27001 risk management and compliance controls.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users; work independently or in a team.
  • Experience with SaaS product administration (Zoom, Salesforce).
