Troubleshoot and support IT end-user issues: mobile, desktop, AV, peripherals.
Manage procurement, asset and inventory for IT hardware and software.
Cross-department collaboration with Facilities, Sales, Engineering, People Operations.
Coordinate IT communications between headquarters and remote offices.
Perform imaging, application configurations, and security policy enforcement.
Daily onsite office support, Monday to Friday.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of IT support experience.
Windows and macOS operating systems knowledge.
Lenovo and Apple hardware experience.
Strong networking concepts knowledge.
Lead cross-functional, enterprise initiatives.
Excellent English and Polish communication skills and teamwork.
