- Endpoint mgmt: Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
- SaaS productivity: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence.
- Ownership mindset; automation-first; root-cause thinking.
- Onboarding/offboarding for North America IT; able to work solo.
