Provide day-to-day tech support for computers, printers, network and apps.
Install/configure/troubleshoot desktops, mobile devices, servers, and printers.
Maintain data integrity for traditional and cloud systems.
Support onboarding/offboarding: accounts, data recovery, archiving, hardware reissue.
Assist provisioning from computer setup to Identity Management.
Deploy and maintain device management and software push solutions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of related IT work experience.
Certifications or technical degree in computer support.
Experience with end-user hardware, software, and services.
Experience with desktop imaging or device management.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move and lift IT equipment (PCs, servers, racks).
