- Execute full-cycle payroll for international entities (Ireland, UK, DE, FR, JP, KR)
- Coordinate inputs from HR, Benefits, and Finance for accurate payroll
- Develop and maintain payroll calendars and processing schedules
- Ensure payroll compliance across jurisdictions incl. tax filings
- Support expansion to new countries across EMEA and APAC
- Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5-6+ years in payroll ops, with at least 3 years international
- Proficient in payroll processing for regular, off-cycle, severance, taxable benefits, and equity
- Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance
- Experience with payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Experience with Workday HRIS and global payroll providers
- Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills
