🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Six-to-eight years in integrated marketing/brand programs with cross-functional leadership.
  • Footwear/apparel/consumer marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, comms, and decision-log/issue-management.
  • GTM toolchains (Asana/Smartsheet/Jira), DAM workflows, analytics dashboards.
