🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, or related.
- 6–8 years in integrated marketing/brand programs (footwear/consumer) with cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to translate strategy into activation briefs and coordinate multi-region programs.
- Facilitation, comms, and decision-logging; fluency in Earned/Owned/Shared/Paid and fan activations.
- Strong planning discipline and comfort with ambiguity.
- Familiarity with GTM toolchains (Asana/Smartsheet/Jira), DAM/dashboards.
