📋 Description

  • Translate strategy into integrated GTM briefs across global and regional needs.
  • Define campaign objectives, audiences, success metrics, and KPIs aligned with goals.
  • Frame strategic “where to play” decisions into GTM pathways and activation plans.
  • Lead GTM briefing & alignment across Strategy, Brand, Creative, and Regions.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for GTM briefs and activation toolkits.
  • Orchestrate GTM planning and readiness from brief to launch with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, or related.
  • 6–8 years in integrated marketing/brand programs (footwear/consumer) with cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability to translate strategy into activation briefs and coordinate multi-region programs.
  • Facilitation, comms, and decision-logging; fluency in Earned/Owned/Shared/Paid and fan activations.
  • Strong planning discipline and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with GTM toolchains (Asana/Smartsheet/Jira), DAM/dashboards.
