🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Instructional Design for a SaaS company.
- Experience in medical software training programs.
- Led large-scale corporate education projects end-to-end.
- Proficient applying adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Advanced experience with enterprise LMS/Knowledge bases (Skilljar, Madcap or similar).
- Proficient with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Camtasia/Snagit; HTML/CSS/JS a plus.
