🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in advertising/digital/media sales with C-suite relationships.
  • 3+ years managing a sales team with forecasting and revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding and network with US beauty advertisers.
  • Knowledge of brand and performance advertising (Search/Shopping/Display/Social) and measurement.
  • Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
  • Strong data/measurement background; use data to build winning strategies.
  • Interface with product/engineering to synthesize customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/sales or related field.
