Sr. Industrial Security Analyst (CSSO/CPSO)

📋 Description

• Own SCI, SAP and/or collateral security aspects within a fast-paced SCIF environment.
• Enforce DD254 provisions and issue subcontractor DD254s.
• Coordinate SCI and/or SAP indoctrinations/debriefings.
• Partner with Mission Management and government representatives to ensure program deliverables.
• Maintain oversight and enforcement of secure area policies.
• Own compliance-related activities including self-inspections, audits, and inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of security experience with NISPOM-related responsibilities.
• 7+ years of security experience in SCI, SAP, and/or collateral environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
• Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), ICDs, and related security policies.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
