- Develop and improve IH programs across SpaceX facilities, incl. chemical/noise/ergonomic exposure.
- Design and maintain dashboards/metrics to track IH performance, exposure trends, and effectiveness.
- Apply data analysis, automation, and AI/ML to improve exposure monitoring and risk.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and facilities to integrate IH controls into new designs.
- Lead or support exposure monitoring campaigns; interpret results to recommend controls and PPE.
- Build and document standardized IH processes/tools to raise operational maturity.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in the design, development, and/or operational oversight of EHS disciplines.
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or working toward certification.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with applying AI or machine learning to safety or exposure data.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or rapid iteration environments.
