🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
5+ years construction site leadership and contract labor.
Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
Basic proficiency with AutoCAD.
Knowledge of permitting processes and environmental agencies.
Ability to work independently and in a team with strong communication.
