- Respond to employee inquiries on ER issues, performance, and HR functions.
- Partner with employees and leaders on workforce analytics and org design.

- Facilitate transfers and promotions; conduct exit interviews; identify retention trends.
- Work with managers to implement HR recommendations and change efforts.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of professional human resources experience
- Experience in an engineering, production or manufacturing environment supporting exempt and hourly workforce
- Experience using Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to use independent judgment to make decisions as well as organize and prioritize work
