🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years Workday with HCM architecture and solution design (Payroll, Time).
- Hands-on integrations experience (System APIs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs).
- Workday configuration expertise: Business Process Framework, security, advanced reporting.
- Proven ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex data flows.
- Strong communicator who translates technical concepts into actionable guidance.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems.
