- Provide senior HRIS coverage for SAP SuccessFactors EC and key modules.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support HR lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT on issues and integrations.
- Lead system changes, releases, and integrations via middleware/APIs.
- Manage data governance: RBAC, MDF, data migration, validation.
- Support HR transformation and future-state readiness including Workday migration where applicable.
π― Requirements
- 7+ years of senior HRIS experience in large enterprises.
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors EC backend expertise.
- REST APIs & HRIS integrations experience.
- HRIS operations support during high-volume periods.
- HR system integrations, data feeds, middleware (Boomi, CPI).
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
