  • Provide senior HRIS coverage for SAP SuccessFactors EC and key modules.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support HR lifecycle processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT on issues and integrations.
  • Lead system changes, releases, and integrations via middleware/APIs.
  • Manage data governance: RBAC, MDF, data migration, validation.
  • Support HR transformation and future-state readiness including Workday migration where applicable.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior HRIS experience in large enterprises.
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors EC backend expertise.
  • REST APIs & HRIS integrations experience.
  • HRIS operations support during high-volume periods.
  • HR system integrations, data feeds, middleware (Boomi, CPI).
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
