🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7 years progressive HR experience, incl. 3+ years in an HRBP role.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market and customer-facing teams in SaaS/data/AI.
  • Experience implementing scalable talent programs or organizational change.
  • Strong business acumen; connect people strategies to business outcomes.
  • Experience using HR data/metrics to drive decisions; familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology, or related field.
