- Experience supporting go-to-market and customer-facing teams in SaaS/data/AI.
- Experience implementing scalable talent programs or organizational change.
- Strong business acumen; connect people strategies to business outcomes.
- Experience using HR data/metrics to drive decisions; familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
- Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology, or related field.
