- Ensure HR processes are followed with accuracy and reliability

- Coordinate immigration, data reporting, and compliance with stakeholders
- Partner with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, IT for day-to-day ops
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in HR Operations, People Ops, or HR Generalist
- Strong BambooHR and Paylocity experience (highly preferred)
- Familiar with Greenhouse, Jira, and Google Workspaces (highly preferred)
- Independent, able to prioritize, and exercise sound judgment
- Experience in tech, small to mid-sized company a plus
- Detail-oriented with data accuracy and privacy awareness
