Sr. HR Investigator (Employee Relations)

📋 Description

• Investigate sensitive and/or complex employee relations matters from intake to closure.
• Lead interviews, note-taking, and evidence collection.
• Debrief HR partners and leadership on investigation findings.
• Document investigations and summarize findings in a report.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and mitigations.
• Advise and train HR partners on investigation best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years professional experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• Juris Doctor.
• Experience conducting investigations in manufacturing/engineering setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with e-discovery and/or pulling electronic records.
