• Investigate sensitive employee relations matters from intake to follow-up.
• Objectively debrief HR partners and leadership on findings.
• Document investigations and summarize findings in a report.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends.
• Advise and train HR partners on investigations best practices.
• Discreetly handle sensitive and private information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in employee relations investigations.
• Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or engineering investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with e-discovery and pulling electronic records.
