- 6+ years HR experience as HR Generalist or People Partner; 2+ yrs international/APAC.
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle: onboarding, performance, ER, offboarding, HR operations.
- Experience supporting Singapore employees; MOM requirements, contracts, benefits, compliance.
- Experience handling employee relations; document issues and escalate where needed.
- Experience partnering with TA for hiring; screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Working knowledge of benefits administration; explain programs to staff.
