πŸ“‹ Description

  • Primary HR contact for APAC employees, covering onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR practices align with local/global policies.
  • Support a positive employee experience by responding to questions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support local benefits administration and act as a resource on benefit programs.
  • Partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, and vendors to ensure accurate benefits delivery.
  • Provide guidance on local compliance requirements and APAC employment regulations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years HR experience as HR Generalist or People Partner; 2+ yrs international/APAC.
  • Strong knowledge of full lifecycle: onboarding, performance, ER, offboarding, HR operations.
  • Experience supporting Singapore employees; MOM requirements, contracts, benefits, compliance.
  • Experience handling employee relations; document issues and escalate where needed.
  • Experience partnering with TA for hiring; screening, interviewing, onboarding.
  • Working knowledge of benefits administration; explain programs to staff.
