🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Employee Relations or HR/People function.
  • Experience with FLSA, ADA, DFEH, EEOC, FMLA and CFRA.
  • Fast-paced culture experience; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • BS/BA degree; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills in complex situations.
  • Experience in Workday Talent module a plus.
