π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Employee Relations or HR/People function.
- Experience with FLSA, ADA, DFEH, EEOC, FMLA and CFRA.
- Fast-paced culture experience; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- BS/BA degree; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills in complex situations.
- Experience in Workday Talent module a plus.
