π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Employee Relations or HR roles
- Experience with FLSA, ADA, DFEH, EEOC, FMLA, CFRA
- BS/BA; HR certifications preferred (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication
- Experience in fast-paced, multi-priority environments
- Workday Talent module experience a plus
