8+ years HRBP experience in manufacturing/warehouse
Proven ability influencing mid-level leaders and hourly workforce
Strong employee relations and investigations experience
Data-driven decisions using workforce metrics
Experience shaping HR strategy, policies, programs
Hands-on, on-the-floor presence with operations teams
