📋 Description

• Oversee daily ops and workflow to boost team productivity and quality.
• Inspect housekeepers' work and perform touch-ups.
• Help supervise a trained, high-quality housekeeping team.
• Foster collaboration and open communication; resolve conflicts.
• Clean and maintain properties per standards.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, wash surfaces; move furniture; assist laundry.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation industry preferred.
• 1-2 years housekeeping or similar role.
• Supervisory/management experience in similar industry.
• Tech-savvy with digital systems; comfortable with mobile apps and tablets.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, and prepared.
