🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, computer engineering, or CS.
- 5+ years in photonics or electro-optical IC design.
- MS/PhD in electrical/computer engineering with electro-optics focus.
- Experience with SPICE/EM tools: Spectre, ADS, HFSS, Momentum, Lumerical, COMSOL.
- Photonics IC design: MZM, microring modulators, Ge PDs, waveguides.
- High-speed SerDes designs >100 Gbps and BW tens of GHz.
