Design, develop, and execute environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical tests for ground antennas
Perform failure analysis of ground antenna hardware; identify root causes and corrective actions
Select COTS hardware or design PCBA to measure signals and apply loads
Hands-on hardware support through design qualification, production ramp, and ground network rollout
Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, software, test engineering, supply chain, and silicon teams
Perform electrical bench testing to replicate failures and inform mitigation

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering, physics, or STEM
5+ years hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability
Master's degree in electrical/computer engineering, physics, or STEM (preferred)
RF principles and electronics-mechanical design experience
PCBAs analysis and development of functional test plans
Python and C/C++ programming; data analysis
