  • Design, develop, and execute environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical tests for ground antennas
  • Perform failure analysis of ground antenna hardware; identify root causes and corrective actions
  • Select COTS hardware or design PCBA to measure signals and apply loads
  • Hands-on hardware support through design qualification, production ramp, and ground network rollout
  • Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, software, test engineering, supply chain, and silicon teams
  • Perform electrical bench testing to replicate failures and inform mitigation

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering, physics, or STEM
  • 5+ years hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability
  • Master's degree in electrical/computer engineering, physics, or STEM (preferred)
  • RF principles and electronics-mechanical design experience
  • PCBAs analysis and development of functional test plans
  • Python and C/C++ programming; data analysis
