🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership in a high-growth startup.
  • Proven quota-carrying experience (AE/BDR or Sales Leader).
  • Hands-on with Challenger and MEDDICC methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success coaching AEs toward measurable improvement.
  • Skilled in Salesforce and Gong analytics for enablement actions.
  • Experience building LMS-based learning programs and content.
