๐ฏ Requirements
- 4-6 years in growth, paid acquisition, performance marketing, or consumer app marketing.
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns profitably for a consumer mobile app or similar product.
- Working knowledge of Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok; Snapchat or Google is a plus.
- Understanding CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period, and core subscription app economics.
- Experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards and attribution tools and performance data.
