🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years digital/growth marketing in high-growth B2B tech (PLG preferred).
• Experience with PLG/self-serve acquisition funnels.
• Creative, test-and-learn mindset; comfortable testing AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making.
• Collaborative across teams; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient with Looker, Google Analytics, Sheets/Excel.
• Self-starter with proactive initiative.
