Draft, submit, and manage ITAR licenses and EAR license exceptions
Identify export risks, compliance gaps, and mitigation strategies
Conduct technical data reviews related to U.S. export laws
Support jurisdiction and classification exercises and determinations
Manage compliance procedures and implement improvements
Advise internal stakeholders on U.S. export laws, ITAR/EAR authorizations and policies

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years as a legal analyst or paralegal in aerospace/defense
5+ years with U.S. export controls
Detailed knowledge of EAR and ITAR
Experience drafting/managing ITAR agreements and EAR licenses
Experience conducting compliance audits and/or risk assessments
