Conduct technical data reviews as related to U.S. export laws
Support jurisdiction and classification exercises and determinations
Manage compliance procedures related to U.S. export laws and improvements
Advise and educate internal stakeholders on U.S. export laws, ITAR/EAR authorizations and policies

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years as legal analyst or paralegal in aerospace/defense
5+ years of experience with U.S. export controls
Detailed knowledge of EAR and ITAR
Experience drafting ITAR agreements and EAR licenses
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
