Manage supply base with a supplier stratification model
Evaluate suppliers for capability, quality, reliability and price
Analyze supplier operations for rapid deployment of new product development
Lead improvements in supplier quality, total cost, service levels and lead times
Develop supplier scorecards and report findings to leadership

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in supply chain or engineering
Advanced degree with 4+ years in related field
12+ years procurement in Custom Silicon/OSAT
Strong understanding of silicon foundry and OSAT supply chains
Experience with NPI, EVT and MP processes
ERP systems and purchasing/planning familiarity; strong communication
