- Collaborate with Revenue Ops to integrate GTM payroll inputs and payments
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regs and tax across countries; coordinate with providers
- Administer equity programs end-to-end; maintain cap table accuracy
- Design scalable payroll/equity controls; audit-ready documentation
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-country payroll across entities and EORs
- Hands-on with equity administration platforms (Carta, Shareworks, Pulley)
- Working knowledge of ASC 718 stock-based compensation
- Experience building payroll controls in a scaling environment
- Ability to operate independently and in ambiguous environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration (Finance, People Ops, Revenue Ops, Legal)
