- Own end-to-end payroll for all non-GTM employees globally, across jurisdictions and EORs.
- Establish a standardized payroll calendar with cutoffs, reviews, funding timelines.
- Partner with Revenue Ops to apply GTM payroll inputs in a unified framework.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, taxes, and statutory obligations across countries.
- Manage relationships with EOR partners, funding reconciliations, issue resolution.
- Administer equity programs end-to-end, including grants, exercises, and terminations.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience (including EOR models).
- Hands-on equity admin platform experience (Carta, Shareworks, Pulley).
- Working knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting (ASC 718).
- Experience building payroll controls in scaling environments.
- Ability to operate independently and establish structure in ambiguity.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration (Finance, People Ops, Revenue Ops, Legal).
