- Experience supporting large-scale events (2,000+ attendees) and mobile apps/onsite hardware.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: data cleanup, pivots, lookups, reports.
- Ability to build scalable templates, playbooks, QA processes, and launch readiness.
- Demonstrated use of AI/automation to improve productivity and scale.
