Design, build, and activate fluid systems for gases and chemicals in solar cell processes.
Own cradle-to-grave projects: requirements, design, procurement, commissioning.
Design modular, scalable fluid systems for future solar production.
Apply P&ID, sizing, fluid/thermal analysis, and CONOPs.
Perform safety assessments (FMEA/HAZOP) and ensure emergency shutdown.
Design and deploy data acquisition/control systems for fluid facilities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, aerospace, or related engineering.
5+ years fluids systems design experience.
2+ years in fluids systems for manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
Knowledge of safety protocols for pyrophoric and toxic gases.
ASME B31.3, SEMI S2/S8 familiarity; cleanroom HVAC integration.
CAD/CFD proficiency: AutoCAD/SolidWorks/ANSYS Fluent.
