- Map and standardize core workflows: onboarding, KYC/AML, trading, billing
- Remove friction between channels for a unified advisor/client experience
- Establish and manage BD operations including account opening, supervision, and surveillance
🎯 Requirements
- 5-8 years in progressive ops roles in fintech or regulated envs; BD exposure preferred
- Strong FINRA broker-dealer ops knowledge; quick to build domain expertise
- Strong operator instincts; rebuilt workflows, reduced cycle times and errors
- Hands-on with Product and Engineering in startup/high-growth fintech; translate problems to scalable automation
- Excellent cross-functional communication
- Experience using third-party tools to power ops, incl AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to speed up work
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, ambiguous environments
