📋 Description

• Join Strategic Finance to transform finance in the AI era.
• Own FP&A partnership with G&A: Finance, Legal, People, Accounting.
• Lead annual planning, monthly and quarterly forecasts, variance analysis.
• Build AI-native finance stack: models, dashboards, exec reports.
• Automate and modernize processes using AI tools (Claude Co-Work, Lovable).
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, IT, AI Transformation, Eng, Data & Insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• 4+ years in finance, 2+ years in corporate FP&A or BI/Analytics preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to automate processes, reporting, or analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with rigor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner across org levels.
• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
