Manage core finance ops: AR, AP, Treasury, Fixed Assets with the in-house team.
Ensure timely period-end closure of books (monthly/quarterly/annual) and MIS reports.
Review and monitor internal controls framework; ensure effective implementation.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 relevant to private limited companies.
Review and oversee direct/indirect tax compliance; coordinate with external advisors.
Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations, including reporting and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience.
Strong GAAP accounting knowledge.
Experience of managing an accounting team.
GST and Income tax compliance experience.
Must have experience with Netsuite.
Experience with managing audits.
