Sr. Field Medical Director

📋 Description

• Field-based medical expert communicating therapy use with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory medical plans; travel required.
• Build relationships with academic researchers, KOLs, clinics, and care teams.
• Lead scientific presentations at conferences and engage with physicians and HCPs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and commercial teams for scientific insights and market intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in medical affairs or field medical with proven performance.
• Rare diseases or skeletal dysplasia experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel 60-70%; US residency required.
• Ability to build relationships with KOLs, investigators, and HCPs.
• Ability to interpret clinical data and discuss it clearly.
