- Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on German premises (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building systems).
- Perform regular site inspections; log findings and take corrective action.
- Manage local contractors; supervise on-site activities under permit-to-work.
- Coordinate servicing and statutory inspections (HVAC, fire, electrical, lifts) per DGUV/BetrSichV.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, contractor visits, and inspections using the facilities management system.
- Monitor utilities and raise alerts for abnormal consumption.
🎯 Requirements
- Completed Berufsausbildung in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC, building services) – Gesellenbrief or equivalent.
- Valid first aid certificate or willingness to obtain on appointment.
- DGUV Vorschrift 3 competence or training for electrical safety.
- German driving licence (Class B).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities maintenance or building services.
- Experience managing on-site contractors and permits to work; knowledge of German H&S and DGUV.
