- Oversee maintenance and improvement of facility systems (power, water, exhaust, cooling).
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams to avoid downtime.

- Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions for facility systems.
- Read P&IDs, schematics, OEM manuals, and construction drawings.
- Drive improvements for reliability, uptime, yield, and cost in high-volume production.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related engineering.
- 5+ years in facilities or sustaining engineering for manufacturing.
- 7+ years with cleanroom facility systems, ultrapure water, exhaust abatement, bulk gas delivery.
- Knowledge of high-pressure and hazardous gases and safety systems.
- Proficiency reading P&IDs, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with continuous improvement, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to component level.
- Familiarity with building codes, OSHA, EPA, and NFPA standards.
