Specialty Coordination: Complex multi-trade coordination (Architectural, MEP).
Internal Collaboration: Work with Directors to support sales handoffs.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement tools to boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: 6+ years estimating; 2+ years in USA market.
Industry Knowledge: Architectural engineering, MEP, or large firm.
Senior Expertise: Able to work independently without supervision.
Technical Proficiency: Procore and PlanSwift; Bluebeam preferred; Office 365/Teams.
Soft Skills: Urgency, positive attitude, teamwork-focused.
Communication: Advanced English (native-like).
Growth-Minded: Eager to voice opinions and teach others.
