Comprehensive Estimating: Takeoffs and estimates for large-ticket commercial builds.
Project Focus: Manage New Construction, Finish Outs, and TI across retail, hospitality, government, and medical sectors.
Specialty Coordination: High-end multi-trade coordination (Architectural, MEP).
Internal Collaboration: Work with Directors of Business Development and Operations for handoffs.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement tools to boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: 7 to 10 years in commercial construction estimating.
Industry knowledge: Architectural engineering, MEP, or large-scale firm.
Senior expertise: Independent, zero coaching required.
Technical proficiency: Procore and PlanSwift; Bluebeam preferred; MS Office 365/Teams.
Soft skills: Urgency, positivity, teamwork; Growth-minded.
Language: Advanced English (native-like).
