- Collaborate with process, automation, and materials for reliable new installations
- Ensure reliability/maintainability of critical equipment, utilities, and cleanroom controls
- Own RCA and corrective actions for preventive/predictive maintenance, OEE, and downtime
- Define and monitor maintenance plans with predictive tools and RCM
- Prepare documentation for mechanical, controls, software, and OEM manuals
- Develop solutions to repetitive failures impacting capacity and quality
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, manufacturing engineering, or STEM
- 5+ years in engineering role in manufacturing, integration, reliability, maintenance, TPM, or operations
- Advanced degrees in engineering with reliability analysis experience (preferred)
- 7+ years in maintenance/reliability in high-volume manufacturing (preferred)
- Experience with control systems, automation, deposition tools (PECVD/sputtering), and related components
- CMMS (Maximo, SAP), MRP/ERP, and data analytics proficiency
