Own projects from concept to production for injection molding.
Lead technicians to troubleshoot injection molding machines and peripherals.
Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment/process gaps.
Develop and execute improvement projects to maximize equipment availability.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems.
Coordinate internal/third-party resources for repairs and upgrades.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, materials engineering, or related field.
5+ years mechanical design experience for complex components/assemblies.
5+ years with injection molding machines and peripherals.
Experience with injection molding materials: polycarbonate, nylon, and TPE.
Proficiency with 3D CAD, 2D drawings, and GD&T drafting standards.
CMMS/ERP experience; welding, machining, inspection; travel up to 25%; extended hours.
