🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical/material engineering, materials science, or STEM
- 5+ years in materials & environmental compliance for high-volume electronics/IT
- 10+ years in materials & environmental compliance for high-volume electronics
- Deep expertise in RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and Full Material Declarations
- Hands-on with material data management systems and supplier data collection
- Strong understanding of global environmental regulations (EU/US/UK/China)
- Experience performing compliance risk assessments on complex BOMs
- Ability to work extended hours/weekends for mission-critical deadlines
