Develop and implement crane safety programs, policies, and training for operators and riggers.
Support leadership with inputs for strategic planning of lifting operations.
Advise procurement strategy for heavy equipment to meet site work scope.
Train and certify crane operators, signal persons, and riggers on safe practices and PPE.
Investigate crane incidents, prepare root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations to ensure cranes are maintained and safe.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of EH&S design, development, and oversight
5+ years inspecting and working with heavy equipment and cranes
